cold handed bitch slap
what ........u are doing what who the hell told u that was a smart idea ......they need to be shot
the roots are what intakes the feed the bigger the root mass the bigger the bud yeild
what u are talking about doing will get u shit for returns with a horrible THC rating
Hey Justugh,
I'm the one that needs to bitch slapped apparently?
Lol
I have been growing for a while.
I have Found Sea of Green to be the most efficient yield. Allowing more harvest
per year therefore larger yields at a lower light cost due to the Zero Veg.
I know that you can grow and are very knowledgeable , But obviously have no idea about what a Sea Of Green is. How it works. It's pros and cons.
The only Con really is the plant count.
The idea of growing many single cola plants as all side branches are cut continually to allow plants to focus energy on its main stem/stalk.
Allows for great yield and easy work trimming.
With no airy/fluffy under developed bud from light being shadowed or lower branching as per other methods of growing.
Scrog = screen of green = usually a few plants weaved into a screen to fill it.
SOG = Sea of green= usually 1 plant per square foot or even 4 per square foot to make a sea of green
sog is a quick turn over with high numbers, scrog is a few plants vegged for a while with a slow turn over.
Thanks Corey,
Saved me trying to explain it to Justugh.
Had to get myself some ice from that bitchslap and hide in fear of being shot.
Hahaha
64 plants per square meter or one plant per square meter, same feed(in flower), same root mass spread across a different amount of plants. Same yield. Except a SOG can produce that yield faster and therefore cheaper. Clone to flower vs 2 months of veg and veg nutes. Personally I don't do this because I like low plant numbers. But in a world where numbers don't matter its a great system provided you can keep up with the amount of clones needed.

Thanks Corey,
Your exactly right.
Well rooted Clones to flower in 8 weeks
By the time someone Veg's for two months ( 8 weeks).
A sea of green would have completed its second harvest.
By far the best way of growing if you are not conscerned with plant count.

to me it is all the same and 2 month turn around ........at that point just do a auto flower (if it is just wreck weed then all good)
except the cost of clones/seeds to do little plants is a sheer waste of cash
1 plant could make more then al those little ones done in hydro ...it is a honest waste of plants and there feed intake is so low the buds will be like milk duds size (2 for a bong hit)
i can not make good medical weed with out doing a good time in veggie and decent flower for the terepene lvls to increase .....but wreck weed i can do 78 day seed to smoke with thc count in the 24% range .the genetics for the plants are rated for 18 20% thc
the point to grow photo plant is to get the high terepends and THC so it goes for medical
I would be highly doubtful that the "thc" levels of the plant are increased by the begging period mate.
They are developed during the flowering process.
Not during vegetation.
I'm no scientist.
But have done allot of reading and am quite sure that your way off.
A strain that " flowers for 8 weeks" will have the same thc as a strain that Vegs for 8 weeks and then flowers for 8 weeks.
If all conditions are identical
The begging period will not effect the THC of a plant!
Hey indef! The 175mm pots are around 6 inches, when I did the math it seems I can fit around 72 pots on the tables, is this accurate or should I be going for bigger sized pots
Also what kinda of coco do you use
Hey Chong,
Pot sizes are fine , try to get pots that don't have the holes up so high on the side though.
Al B Fuct had converted to sure to grow as a medium toward the end of his thread.
Before that he was using "Rockwool Floc ", which is basically granulated Rockwool.
I personally used granulated Rockwool at the bottom of each pot ( to cover the holes of the pots) . This ensured I didn't have loose coco through my tray/reservoir/pump.
Try without perlite and then down the track you can try with and see how you feel.
I ended up just doing Coco and Floc at the bottom of each pot.
Don't think it matter if you buy bags or bricks.
What ever works for you.
I bought bags in bulk ( 50 bags at a time ) , so I could get a good bulk discount.
How are your seedlings going?
Show your followers a picture.
Lol
Good luck buddy.
