Would this grow room work for veg?

First of all I would like to give you the hieght and width of the homemade"tent" I made. It is about 2 ft by 2ft and I made it from a coat and some sleeping bag material. Eventually I will make it bigger. But I have 1 fan blowing 24 hrs a day and 2 26 watt cfl's 2 inches over the plant. There will only be 1 plant. I am using soil from outside since I live in the mid us and our soil here is perfect for maryjane. And I am using tap water that has been boiled for 2 hours and let to set out for 1 week. I am going to use this "tent" for the whole flower and soon I am going to introduce some nutes to the mix! Please leave any helpfull tips and comments you have,

wow youve posted 45 times already. scary. uhh.. that a small space and you made it out of what? thats a small ass fan if you can fit it and the plant. good fuckin luck bud.
