would someone please tell me if this plant could be a male

I have a plant that has never been flowered and is growing balls at the bottom, Is there a chance it could be male . Its also growing rapidly fast .But it hasnt been flowered none lights have been on 24/7

Just looks like callouses to me man, but the pictures are pretty bad. Bit of heat stress too by the looks of it. Dunno why it's growing so fast, could just be stretching.

Bad pics. It from what I see it's not uncommon to have. It's not by any means a sign of plant sex. It's like a swollen knuckle when you look at it closely?
