Would a "Sorb-It can" placed in the jar keep the MJ dry like it does the asprins?

I searched the best I could on this site to see if anyone has asked this before. The little "sorb-it can" that is placed in the bottle of asprins to keep them fresh........would that work in my MJ canning jars or not?

Might give it a funny taste.. but hey try it find out and let us know man.

Those things have a dessicant in them, they are designed to keep pills as dry as possible. It seems to me that you would not want that in your curing jars. The idea is to slow the drying process, not speed it up. They would prolly help if your buds were too wet, but then you don't want em in jars anyway.

try it in a small baby glass jar with about 2 grams of undried wet buds then check back with us.

Ok, I'll do that in late August. Good idea.
