I thought Texas was full of patriots but they let Nazis walk around unafraid and unharassed in broad daylight. Looking at you too Boston with your Faketriot Front, at least people were screaming at those mask wearing cowards. These people should be afraid to express their hate and expect to get their asses kicked.

It's now the one finger Salute instead of the Sieg Heil at Trump Rallies. It still looks the same to me.

What do you guys think?

IM JUST asking questions.
Are you asking questions, because it looks like in your first post of this thread, you are answering what you believe to be the case.

Here's a real answer: Looks like, yes they would and did.

Didn't read the court filing, did you?

"Rather than fix what is broken, this Petitioner suggests states take back immigration from the federal government and exercise their historic role in regulating immigration under the principle of federalism. "

lol, he suggests they make what is happening legal.

I'll focus on the conclusion of the filing:

"CONCLUSION
For the aforementioned reasons, this Court should issue a writ of quo warranto, a writ of mandamus, or both. This Court should order Governor DeSantis to immediately cease his Immigrant Rendition program based in Texas. "

Pretty cool eh? A libertarian trying to stop the DeSantis Immigrant Rendition program. It's nice to see him personally trying to help immigrants.

So, make it legal to move immigrants around, unsupervised by any parent entity, that's your suggestion?

PJ is advocating for human trafficking.
