would a 6inch booster fan work on a 250watt cooltube?

I am thinking of a buying 36x24x60 tent for a 2 plant scrog. So would a 6inch booster fan work good enough just to keep the cooltube cool? I would be using a 6inch inline fan and filter for odor. Or could I just connect the 6inch inline fan and filter to the cooltube? something like filter-fan-ducting-cooltube-ducting? or is it better filter-ducting-cooltube-ducting-fan?

suck the heat out through the cool tube through your filter.....keep an eye on your temp/humidity etc....cheers

i've got one of those 30 dollar amazon 6 inch inline boosters that keeps a 4x4 tent cool with 2 600w hps in it.
