would 13 hours lights off, 11 hours lights on ensure Flowering?

It wouldnt work in theory as the days turn to 12 hours of light at summers end.but in an artificial environment it might but I would go with 12-12 because it works so I dont see why you would want a 13 hour day.go 12-12 and then their guaranteed to flower.

I believe he wanted to know about 11 hours of day, and 13 hours of night. Yes that would for sure make them flower, but it may still take a while up to 2 weeks for anything to show. 12/12 will also make them flower though.

not only is 12/12 tried and true, you would be starving your plants of 1 hour of light, and afterall lightis what makes them grow. The dark period only makes them build a chemical that induces budding, only need so much of that chemical to make/keep them budding. if anyway around 12/12 i would try to lean toward more light, as light is the king, although i use 12/12

It`s also strain dependant, indicas trigger at less darkness than sativas. You could read up on your strain or otherwise 12/12 is a trusted, well beaten path for everyone.Choosing a longer dark period is an option if you`ve got heat issues and want to reduce your build up of heat.
But to give a short answer...yes,it would.
