Try a mixture of dawny dish soap & water and spray, little soap will do.
Good luck

I suggest spraying your buds with BT. As others have noted it is a naturally occurring bacteria ( Bacillus Thuringiensis). Spray after the heat of the day to keep the pistils from potentially burning . The BT will crystalize and the worm will ingest + die ( it is a horrid death but I digress) . The carcus and the prolific excrement will remain so it is best to thoroughly rinse the bud in plain water after wet trimming and harvesting. I don't see any need to acidfy and then neutralize ( lemon + baking soda) but if anyone has any additional insight I would appreciate your research. Agitation in the water helps while gently running your fingers through the buds to dislodge the excrement. Shake lightly and monitor your dry room for any signs of mold or mildew. The BT has no effect on humans or any other life that has an internal acid digestive system. It is specfic to alkaline digestive systems. But for those who are growing bud for smoking it is best to wait until the BT has completely broken down, which depending on your enviromental surroundings should be within a week or so on average. - good gardening to you. - a trained old horticulturist.
