I love living on my farm, nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile south, no other neighbors north for 10 miles and at least 2 in the other directions, but funny thing is, they all think they know what I'm doing.

Moe, not trying to stress ya out, but do you think the neighbor lady would call on ya as a last act of defiance before being booted out? Her embarrasment might cause her to lash out. Dont wanna see anything happen to ya. Guess I'm playing devils advocate...

Last year those 400 acres around my house were planted with Sunflowers, it was absolutely beautiful...Hubby and I would ride our quads out there he called me home from work for a picnic under the trees, the Monarchs were out too so it was beautiful

Since 'Ally Mcbeal' has moved in, Ive remained polite and helpful. Ive collected deliveries for her etc .. I'm just hoping she thinks, its better to stay on side with me than piss me off. ....
tbh I'm not going to worry about it ... ...there's always something greater, more serious, to worry about just around the corner. such is life.

From a helicopter 500 feet up, My youngest son took me out for a ride for Mothers day, You can't see it but I mowed all 5 acres last weekend.
only so much u can see with a cell phone camera.

Haha...I had the wirst upset stomach the two years i ran a large grow op. Im not a nervous type but when your grow is glowing like an xmas tree (to flir) and hot enough that your place is the only one that snow wont settle on the roof its nerve wracking.
I used to hop in my truck and drive around for hours if a helicoptor made more than two passes or if they circled....and my grow was in spitting distance from Seatac intl airport. I took to drinking heavier just to deal with it lol. Of course aside from growing it being illegal in those years...we stole power. Which was wrong i knew it but the only real way to grow 14000 watts in a residential. With AC/extraction/fans/pumps/lights im sure we pulled 20 kilowatt hours every hour...it was enough draw that it made the heavy duty lines warm and melted a few things...
anyway so yeah...stress lol....being medical and running 1600 watts at most....i prob dont worry enough
Making some ganja caramels tomorrow. Been washing the butter all day to get it nice and clean. Infused 117 grams of buds and sugar leaf into 1 and 1/4th lb of butter so im guessing even one or two caramels will do the job

Im going to wash the butter twice more to get it real clean. Last time i made caramels i didnt wsh the butter enough and got a slight burnt flavor.
Doing a few hempy tomatoes with my lil backyard salad garden
Going to put my girls into flower next weekend. I may have to cull a few of the slower ones as about 8 of them are quite large by next weekend they will be approx 16-18 across and 12 inches tall (lstd significantly) which means 2ftx2ftx2.8ft approx after stretch. Which will really only leace me space for 4-6 plants per light. I may run both 600 hps and my 400 mh with a feww cfls

This is completely off the Hempy subject fellas but IMO, stealth is the only way to go. Regardless if you are in a legal state and in compliance of the laws within that legal state. Remember, federally even a medically compliant and licensed grower could technically be brought up on charges. And with the current administration seeming to be losing it's ass on most issues it would not surprise me if crackdowns on "legal" MMJ growers seems like a PR fight they can win. The Feds ran through legal dispensaries out in Cali last year, and the tone coming from the federal level over Washington and Colorado legalizing for recreation use doesn't make my paranoid rant here seem all that far fetched to me. Sooner or later the Feds are going to go looking to make an example of the states defying their overreaching and bullshit laws. Aside from Feds.... there are plenty of assholes too lazy to grow or buy their own out there who wouldn't think twice about ganking your shit.......

I live in an apartment half way up a high-rise in a densely populated area.
My HPS grow room is in the main washroom, to which I leave the door open to allow the air to circulate, as the bathroom exhaust fan is close to useless.
The hot/stinky air flows into the living-room which gets an ocean breeze about 95% of the time which airs out the entire place incredibly well.
I use "Ona" near the hallway door for the odd day the air flow is backwards (land to ocean) or dead air days.
Several dead air days this week, and only a few days have I smelt the slightest ting of Ona in the common hallway...but never smell pot until you are well within my apartment. (GF confirms this)
My thoughts are....if the police are really that desperate for a bust, well come on down and I'll be your next contestant....and I'll drag the court case out for years
Bottom line...in my city the cops focus on huge grow ops that steal power...as for the small fries, they just destroy your plants and snip the power cords off your ballast....they just can't clog up the courts with small ops.

This will be my first Mother's day without mom...as she suddenly passed away last November...but she lived near 82 years and had a good life, so no complaints

My farm sits on 5 acres, it's very quiet out here, and now people want to live in the country...2 miles from a paved road. I live in a 5 bedroom house, I have a double car garage, a studio/hot tub house, a 40x50 steel building, a 110 x 60 barn a 30 x 50 North building, a Chicken house, which will become my green house, I have started an Orchard and have 14 Mulberry trees, which bear fruit...I have plans for bees, chickens, and a small organic gardening business, Our hope to make the farm profitable.... It will take about 5 years for me to get any fruit, but I think I have the time.
