If you look at other charts from 1980-present you'll notice. THINGS GET BETTER OVER TIME. The present honda civic is more powerful, rommier, AND more fuel efficient than the previous generation civic. The V8 in the BMW M3 is lighter, higher revving, more powerful, and more efficient than the old one. Thanks to energy star, appliances are not only more effective, but more efficient as well. It's only logical that marijuana would be a more potent, higher-quality product now than it was then.
