dog,you must have forgotten, that your plants grow half if not the same size as your plant by the time its done flowering,,,thats why if your limited on grow space ''lst'' is the way to go...good luck tying them down, and be carefull, you could break your branches...

you should be okay for room to tie down/LST. I hook my plants first round the part of the stem you want to pull down
(with a bag tie), generally nearer the top. Then gently pull the hook down and tie off with a piece of string against a garden pole. Or you can risk the almost snap and go for a super crop, I have uploaded a couple of examples for you. good luck youngbud

Yea, Looks to like the stretching is over so growth will slow down now.
I think you are going to need about 5 inches. You can gain about half that I am sure by bending or moving them back to the wall.
Do both and your there. Ya know, the tops of the buds dont have to be in the light anyway, you got 2 inches let them grow past
the side of the light. just get light to the upper fan leaves and your good to.

I went ahead and supercroped it.. Too bad i Kinda Snapped one half way but i think it will heal fine it dident Completely brake off.. i actually just leaned it over so the side that snapped is being pull together with out having to use any type of tape or something.. I Will Post up Pics As soon as my Light Turns on..
I Think i Will like the results considering my setup..

LOL! you just pushed your harvest date back a while... cause that will stunt them without a doubt

Supercropping is bending the stem untill it folds this may also snap off at this point because the stem is more brittle then in veg.
Thats why we have suguested you bend them. Not supercrop where you fold them over.

I guess you figured that out for yourself eh?

LOL I have snapped a few, Hell I lost half of my first crop from newb mistakes, don't feel bad.
I guess some of us just have to do it ourselves.

when i supper cropped the buds turned upwards overnight and it didn't seem to slow them down too much, and it was also done in flowering (which I guess from some of the posts here is probably not the best time to do it) but doesn't sound too bad in your case (although at first your post sounded a bit like you had hacked it down) Providing you see the bend starting to bulge as it repairs itself, all will be good. Success!!!!

I've snapped a huge cola while bending it 3 weeks into flowering... led to tears in the wall and everything. I just hung that sucker up roughly the same angle it was and it healed. Had a big nuckle/knot in the stem it but it did just fine.

Yea, I agree with both you guys,
I have done it too. Super cropped and had it stand back up in a couple days, not the norm but it has happened and I needed to tie it down.
Also had a main stalk repair itself after a snap when there was still a side wall attached, just lined up the stalk and the vessels repaired themselves
with a big knot.

When I snapped one completely off and tried it, well I lost that.

Good info guys.

not bad. you could get a thicker lens for your reflector, probably $20 for 3/16" tempered glass but it would hold more heat in. keep pulling those strings tighter every day until it's fully arched then you can make it look like a sideways S. blue dream in soil could probably be pulled 8 weeks but 9 would be the ripest but maybe 10 since you folded your stalk over....
