It sounds like it. Best way to see is switch back to HPS. That looks pretty blue, and the less expensive LED lights don't usually flower well. It might make a better veg light. Your HPS should be superior in flower.

I don't know what you consider a flower but there is definitely a flower in that pic.

Flowers won't get big under blue light, people say buds grown under blues are more potent.

There supposed to be full spectrum led they have equal blue red and white numbers of led .. their is no smell at all from plants.. this one in pic is best .. all rest are 8ft monsters with few pistles. Lights were cheap tho so shud of known

Stupid question but can I cut these plants back to say 2ft and then swap back because they literally are touching ceiling ?

Trust me, all those inexpensive LEDs say they're full spectrum. You could try adding some 2800K Cree LED lightbulbs, or 3200k Cree LED PAR38 spots. Supplementing with full-spectrum light might help. (I felt like it gave a Blackstar 135w UFO a boost.).

Why did you switch to LED for flowering? HPS is the old iron horse of growing. Were you trying to accomplish something?

I used led from seed this time as they are alot cooler n have 12 running so hps wud of been too hot for room I'm guessing

You bought 12 of those LED lights? I don't want to sound like I'm rubbing salt in the wound, but they're probably going to be veg lights. Perhaps side/supplemental light in flower.

You need to swap 6 of them out with better LED. You could pick up some inexpensive $90 HPS. But, you say you don't have the height now. Or, add Cree LED lightbulbs. Something to get better spectrum to the plants.

Those led panels bro, gonna cause you some but hurt. Try vegging with the led's then supplementing with hps during flower.

I mean yeah. It will stress the plant. But way less that cutting it and reveg. These are my opinions. Google should help.

You could try Lst.

The only thing that is not opinion is the fact you need more light.
