wont flower wondering if its because i had nitrogen toxicity

set up is 5 gal dwc. 400 watt hps nutes are gh 3 series

I had a nitrogen toxicity and right now trying to flush it out with RO water with ppms at 9 plant had real dark green leaves and a couple of them started to claw I've had the lights on 12/12 for 11 days now and still no signs of preflowers or anything indicating its a male just wondering why its taking so long for preflowers to show up and also plant is 2 1/12' wide by about 21" tall its also been topped and supercropped any help would be appreciated

Its a strain thing really!! but a flush will sort out many errors, but I budget 2-3 weeks for the pre flower show...!

In flower I drop the three part series and just go with flora nova bloom image.jpgBelieve it or not it's way better than all three of those products for bloom, and simpler
