Wont Flower!!! Help??

Ok I usually do everything outside I started reading threw this site decided I would try indoor grow. Well they did fine starting they look nice an healthy. I switched them to 12/12 an switched 2 of the 4 lights out with 2700k lights so gives me 2 6500k an 2 2700k It is a tub grow 2 tubs Comp fan lined with aluminum all lights coming in from the top the room they are in is light tight. They were bag seeds. I have been flowering about 7 weeks. The high and the look of the plants tell me a mix of 75% sativa an 25% endica. I cut back on watering last couple of weeks just to see if that would make a diff no change in plants they are not getting taller anymore not getting bushier the growth has halted over the last 4 weeks they are doing nothing just being plants and it is pissing me off. bout to toss an start over unless someone can help. that was the only thing I can think of that they are autoflower.......... Otherwise no reason at all they should not be flowering after that much time in 12/12. Are you sure the room is completely Dark 100% when the lights are off? Also pictures always help.

Yes 100% dark not a nut or cunt hair nothing. they have been growing total time now 3 months. If they are auto that is a long strain. Am I better off ordering seeds? an if so which is the best seed bank for America?

trying to post pics now took them with my phone. they are bmp. I dont know how those work so forget the pics. I will try later tonight.

hmm even auto flower seeds usually flower in like 5-7 weeks from sprout if I remember right.. I have no idea what is going on there.

Uhm....thats pretty weird are you sure they are getting 12/12 with no light interruptions? I ordered 5 fem White Rhino seeds from www.nirvana-seeds.com took about 14-21 days(don't really remember) but it was super discrete and I liked that very much. I'm currently growing 2 of the white rhino and they are both very healthy and have beeen in flowering for about a week and a half. One of the plants isn't as old as the other, but still has pistils coming out the stem and very top, the other one though is huge and has many bud spots( I started flowering when the bigger plant first got its alternating nodes, before that it had preflowers a couple weeks earlier) The smaller/younger one just started getting pistils the other day...So how long did you let these plants veg? There hasn't even been 1 pistil or nut sack? Where did you get the seeds from?

temps? light leaks? root bound? thinking even if they were root bound they would still show pre-flowers though- maybe your timer is shot? maybe your shot? there has to be something you are not telling us cause this just does not make sense.

Ordered the same seeds from the same company and it was a great strain I miss it actually.

EXACTLY what I was thinking........... You sure they are not like seeds from another type of plant? Please post pics.

I am positive on what type of seeds they are an positive on the light. When I set it up I blacked out windows with paint 2 layers of black trash bags the door is shut and there are 2 black blankets I have been inside with everything up there is not a drop of light temps not sure what they are I keep the house around 72. I will pull them out to check for root bound but I dont think there is any problem there. also timer is brand new an I check on the everyday when the lights come on at 6 and every evening before the lights go out. If no root bound I am just going to start over. I did start the plants in the window sill. I am wondering if that would effect them. Cause the regular light around here is about 12/12 to start with I built the box started 18/6 for about 4 weeks. So they were in the window about 2 weeks.

Really I guess U need to just wait or chop them......U may have a shitty pheno that is not uncommon. Its up to you...starting over is not a big deal.
