No issue. Just variegation. I had some red skunks that were notorious for it on their lower/first few sets of leaves. They would also have the same slightly crinkled/twisted growth over the first four nodes and then everything evened out.

Yeah, that sometimes happens. I'm growing one right now that started out that way and has grown out of any variegation and leaf twisting as it got bigger... though it kept whorled phyllotaxy.

I've seen that fairly often, the variegation will usually go away, and even if it doesn't there's no issue with that. The crinkled young leaves can be caused when the plant gets it's first does of nutes, basically just overgrows itself. Doesn't look like it's a continuing problem, let her grow!!
