Wondering if I Should Worry

This would be The Doctor from Greenhouse seeds. All is going well, just have several incoming dots on one of the lower leaves and one dot on one of the top leaves. Here are a few pics.

Let me know if i'm wrong, but I'm thinking maybe its time to start adding nutrients to every other watering.

First thing I do with dots.... Check them under a magnifying glass to be sure there are no physical pests. Then I'd go and say that it may be time to add some light nutrients. The leaves look a little pale for my liking, so a jump up to some nutes could help.

I would give it a bit of feed in your next water, and I mean a very very little, its too easy to burn a young plant when your just trying to help it along

Just went through checking with a magnifying glass and no signs of any pests. I have xnutrients, wondering if thats any good. The calculator on the site says, for a 1liter Reservoir size us 2mL-> Grow and 3mL-> micro blast. Should I go with half the amount?
