wondering how and when. TOPPING MY PLANT

never topped my plant's before wonder how to do it, and whens the best time to to it?

thanks any opinions are greatly appreciated.

Count up one inch from the bottom of the plant and chop the rest of it off.

Depending on strain. I normally top @ the 4th or 6th node.... That's just me

Topping largely depends on the shape you want to make your plant, and the room you have to work with. Topping generally produces a wider plant. Using topping and other training methods typically increase yield and only use the same amount of head room. I personally start topping at the second node.
