Do you know the problems they have brought to the area?

Most of the cabs in the Twin Cities are driven by Somali's. Until the state stepped in, a Somali cabbie wouldn't drive you anywhere if you had liquor in your possession. Some wouldn't pick you up at the bar if you've been drinking.

Although, my personal favorite were the ones working checkout at grocery stores. If you wanted to buy a pork product, they wouldn't touch it. You would have to wait for someone else to come and do their job for them. If you wanted beer or bacon, you were out of luck...

The state finally had to step in and force them to do their job.

So since it's harder for the Mexicans, it's okay for them to just come over on their own terms? Seriously, whats your angle? It's not our job to write Mexican policy, and it's not okay for them to border jump just because they don't like what they have to go through to get here.

I never said I didn't want them here, I just want them here legally.

My argument is they should immigrate legally, whatever the steps are, then those are the steps they have to take to be allowed into this country. If Mexico makes them wait 18 years, then they need to take that up with Mexico.

If it would of taken longer, would you of just illegally kept her here, or waited to make it legal?

If kept here illegally, what would you expect to happen when she was caught?

well, since we can safely say that mexico doesn't set US immigration policy, who should they take it up with then?
