This is my latest indoor grow. Took a long time for the mycelium to grow in my jars( 1 1/2 months) but its worth it now that they are poppin. Love watching how fast these grow. Lookin at them before and after work is amazing the differance. They been poppin for 3 days now ill keep updating the pics as they grow

alacabenzi. Last time I grew this same one and it was about a month and a half from start to finish so I was pretty dissapointed at how long it took for it to grow this time but its worth the wait.

Very nice. I’ve been wanting to grow shrooms for many years. The whole process is appealing to me. Always liked the sound of the Golden Teacher. Did you get the spores from Ralphsters or Sporeworks?
 
Its a pretty simple process if u have all the roght equipment. I got them from spores 101 but thats my last time, took almost 2 months to get me my syringes.

Its worth looking up how to do it for sure

I’ll have to look into it again. A lot of people suggest the pf tek for beginners but i guess the cakes don’t yield as much. Supposivley easier
 
I dont understand why everyone suggests pf tek because getting the jars to colonize without contamination is the hard part. once u do that its easy cuz ur just mixing your jars with a bulk substrate and letting it rock n roll. If you do it just go straight to bulk, growing pf tek is a waste of time IMO. I do wild bird seed for my jars and coco coir and vermiculite for my bulk. Non modified tub.
 
Yeah LC and cloning seems to be the way to go. I never got that far. I did some G2G transfers with mixed results. I had mostly good results with the homemade spore syringes I used. When I tried store bought syringes I had pour collonization.
 
Thats how I did it too, always just made my own spore syringes after my first grow and had prints to use. Made some with my old prints(1 1/2 years old) and everything just got contaminated so I bought some syringes.

I would have tried the agar before but I was going thru shit and the bitch I was dealing with would have cops randomly poppin up so all the illegal stuff had to stop for a while. Now I'm good to go tho so it's finally time. Looks like I'm going to get 3 or 4 oz out of this first flush which aint bad at all.

Not a bad flush at all! Did you save any fresh to eat :). It's a different trip, and I always liked to save some of each new strain to eat fresh an try them out.

I loved the Thai Koh Samoi, and I had a strain I got from another grower that was called "ereal", he said it was from Russia, but I never could find any info on it anywhere so who knows. I grew some "South Americans" that grew real big and had a very visual trip but much lighter in the body and head which was cool.
