Wisdom teeh jus pulled

Jus got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled this morning. Its been about 3 1/2 hrs since left the surgeons. I was wondering how long shud i wait till i smoke? i kno theres risk of a dry socket but i plan on keepin it covered while smokin. i plan on smokin 2day but i wanted 2 wait atleast a few hours.

so how many hours should i wait till i smoke?

Are the holes still stuffed with cotton wool? If not just pack it full when you want a smoke, worked for me 10 years ago.
