Wiring electricity in grow room...HELP!!!

This looks right to me... Just wanting opinions..

Why all the wire nuts? I'd just run solid, and use the push in slots instead of the screw clamps.
Not sure what you're using that for. All 4 of those are wired together. Remember you've only got 15 amps on that.
Either a single 1000 watter or 2-600's is all that'll run unless you split it up into two different circuits.
For all that you could have just bought a 15amp power strip with like 6 outlets for a couple bucks.
Looks good though, and DIY is half the fun of growing in my book.
The USB ports are slick. I'm gonna keep that one in mind if you don't mind, lol.

as messy as it looks you might be right on. make sure there are no shorts between outlets, it looks like you've done this (like the black and white have to be the same length) i know if it's not this way on a regular lamp that plugs-in things will FRY. someone correct me if I'm wrong but i think the margin for error is proportionate to the length of the wire, so more wire the more of a short it can take. but hey, plug it in and test it in a way that's not gonna hurt ya.

I just had the 4 gang box and 3 outlets laying around so I thought what am I gonna do for the 4th.. So I went to my local store and thought about the few USB circulating fans I had bought so I just bought that thing to go in there . The wiring nuts are in there because I started with a diffrent diagram and finished with my own thoughts. Lol I wired it into the electrical line and it works!!!!

You can run more than a 1000 watt bulb on a 15 amp circuit fyi. A 1000 watt draws 8.7 amps leaving 6 amps. As far as what you've got there, its hard to see. Also wire length does matter as far as overloading but typically you will not exceed that. A short is a short, wire length has nothing to do with it lol. Testing the circuit is one thing, having a loose connection or a bad ground is another. A good rule of thumb, don't get in electricity's way, it gets angry!!!
