Wiring A Heat Sink Help!!

I do all my growroom updates on a friday evening before I get baked. That way I have 2 1/2 days to see if anything is going to catch fire before I leave it alone. I feel all my wires for warmth and check to make sure everything is nice and dry. I do this about 100 times a day. I'm also a bit obsessive compulsive. I'm on meds and my doc assures me I'm going to be alright. He'll tell me this about 30 times a day, when he's in the office to take my calls.

zomg i jsut found the sickes fan i pulled of an old mother board with a large circular heat sink attached lol time to re adjsut thos bolt holes

Would that be a Zalman heatsink? Square bottom, four round copper pipes bent up to meet a large aluminum or copper circular/radial heatsink?

four plastic/aluminum corner peices but other then that dead on butit has 4 wires how would i go about rewiring that my other fans were a little mroe straight forward

If you go with the soldiering iron method you are better off making your own heat sync to maximize the contact with the heating element.
