Wired ART DNE timer with 30 amp relay, just one problem

I wired up my 30amp double pole double throw relayto my timer, and power strip for my pumps


When the timer tries to go off, the relay chatters on and off, then stays on along with the timer


It seem to me that its wired correctly.. But that doesnt say much!


What did I do wrong?
