Window Fan light leaks

Hey, I currently have the window tarped shut to prevent light leaks. I was wondering if it would be possible to install a window fan without light leaks. Hvac ducting isnt an option for me ( too suspicious) . I had a few ideas of placing a black screen/fabric over the window fan that would filter some of light coming in. Any ideas on how to buffer the window fan of light??

Google search for Light trap for poultry farmers.
Maybe put the dark screening in front of it, cant see from the street.
Light traps are not cheap, lots of material involved in production.

There's stuff out there how.
Why don't you put the ducting inside the room, a couple of bends, and right up to the fan?
