What's the soil?
Are you giving it anything? And if so then what?
What type of water are you using and how often are you watering?

Soil is the only compost
Use this nutrient from the Start http://www.aerogarden.com/accessories/liquid-extended-season-nutrients-for-vegetables.html
Use potable water only
Watering every other day 600ML

Yea dude i dont know about those little patches.
Too me it looks like nitrogen. But new growth is dark green.
Also start letting the pots dry out a little more cause with organic you want to do one huge watering, then let it dry the hell out. then repeat.
Hopefully that will fix the curled leaves.
Also flush that shit out dude. I think your giving too much shit.
Might be a Cal Mag Def.
