Will white seeds germinate properly?

I bought some white seeds from a seed bank today.

Did I get ripped off because I heard white seeds are bad or is it something to do with the strain (God's skunk)

Can you crush them with your fingers? If so, you've saved yourself the time of attempting to germinate a worthless seed.
