Will vegetating for longer mean higher yield?

i do it by seed, the best way.
but i have done clone and i get mine to clone within 5 days. clones dont need to be HEAVILY rooted, as soon as you see the roots poke out of the peat puck or what evr you use then into the dirt. you shouldnt let the roots sit out in the light anyways.
my way is about 5 to 7 days clone, then inti dirt thyen about 2 waeeks 7 to 10 days veg and then flower

As far as seeds the best way????? Are you high????????? 50 50 shot on male or female as opposed to guaranteed results by cloning. Also good plants don't produce seeds. I clone using ez cloner aeroponic machines , out of my last 540 clones I had 1 that did not root. I leave them in there longer than normal to reduce transplant shock when they go into dirt, have never had one die after it hit dirt using this method.

you can try and prove me wrong all day buddy, wont be sucsessfull.
i will put any seed up against any clone and i will get a bigger stronger and more bud than your clone hands down.
have you tried this test side by side??
do you have your proof that clones are better??
i get a 90% female seed ratio with mine, mabee your genetics suck if you are getting to many males, or dont know what to do to improve those odds. any female plant will seed. being sucsessfull at clonuing dosn`t mean anything.

every body will have thier own way of growing. i dont think i`m such a hot shot know it all but all of the info i provide has been tested by myself or fellow breeder and scientists and grower so it tends to have a little more backing.
you can read these stories all day on here, dosen`t mean they workl, most have just heard stories or believe everthing on the net.
or people do 1 or 2 grows and think they know it all.

i do agree with what you say bons, seed growns definately yeild more and are much more robust and hardier plants than clones, but i am intrigued as to how you achieve a 90% female ratio with seed, do you use feminised seeds? best ratio i ever achieved was 70/30 female/male using regular seeds, just wondering what your germ methods are that give such a high female ratio? i just use feminised seeds nowadays, dont have the space nor time for males anymore.

cool, but ive been growing from fem seeds for three years since my second son was born and i had to scale down my rooms to make space, never had a male and only one hermie since, imo if you dont have the time or space for males then fem seeds are definately not a waste of money, people tell me this shit n that shit about fem seeds but ive only ever had good experiences with them, if anything better coz i dont have to waste soil nutes growspace or time on males. if you have the space and time then yea grow regular seeds. and i only buy from good well established breeders.

Bonz, have you tried a female hormone product called La-femme? Its ment to make all plants female... They make it and sell it here in Australia i tried it for the first time this grow and both seeds came out to be female.... So that was either luck or it actually works, ill have to use it a few more times before i can say if does work or not but you guys might like to try it
