Will This Work?

Hey Guys,
I plan on using 2 LED panels in the flowering room. 1 different LED (3 Total) just above the Clones and CFL'S for the mother plants. The mother plants will be housed in soil and the clones in rockwool. The flowering room will be connected to a hydroponic system. There will be 8 total plants in the flowering room at once.

Will my idea work?
How tall should the enclosement be?
How much airflow is it going to need?
Any tips or advice?

LEDs are efficient but they tend to produce smaller buds. It will work but since they are so efficient and harder to keep over all your plans I would either add another one or an hps or something
