Will this plant never flower?

It’s been showing these “spikes” for weeks now with just the slightest bit of pistols.
I tried switching to 12/12 for a while with no change. It was supposed to be an auto flower.
At this point I’m just trying to keep it as a decorative houseplant lol. Sad though because there would be a lot of tops.

It looks like it has a few pistils. How long did you keep it on 12/12? If it's an auto, I would expect it would show something by now, but I've never grown autos so no experience. My photo plants start showing multiple pistils at each node after about 2 to 3 weeks on 12/12. After 3 weeks of 12/12 definite bud formation with little pom-poms is starting to happen.

House plant? Wtf. Why are you wasting it? Give it to someone who knows what they’re doing at least. If it didn’t automatically flower then you have a photo. Idc what’s said or what you were told. If it’s not an auto. It’s a photo. Put under 12/12 for 11-14 weeks. Then ask us why she’s not flowering.
