Will this net pots be good for an al b fuct style SOG grow?

I have 2 3x3 flowering flood trays and was thinking of using these 6.5x6.5x6 pots. I think I could fit 25 of them in the tray nicely.
Trying to get the perfect net pots to allow maximum amount of root room for each of the 25 or so plants.
I plan to flood the tray 3-4 inches so they'd need to be around 6-7" tall.
If I packed 36 into each tray that's 6 pots by 6 pots. Each pot would need to be square and 6"x6"x 6-7" tall.
If only did 25 ( 5 plants by 5 plants ) then they would need to be 7"x7"x 6-7" tall.
Do you think 25 or 30 clones is best. The will be flowered immediately after getting fully rooted.

Here's the two different sizes I'm questioning.
Just want an opinion on how many plants to do for the 3x3 table. It will be under 600 watts of led white/red lights, al be fuct inspired SOG grow.
The mothers will be under 600 watt hps and the clones will be sent to flower immediately after developing root system.
Think 36 would be too crowded? I feel like 25 would be too few but want an even number pots x an even number of pots in the flood tray.
