Yes that will work, but that's only the fixture not including the bulb

depends on how much u wanna grow.

get an HPS from ebay dude.. save yourself time/trouble/low yield.

hps from ebay is really cheap... and it works...

not really a great deal when you're getting a street lamp. Do like these guys say and just buy a decent light you're sure you'll be happy with. If you stick with growing you're just going to want to upgrade anyway. You'll save $$$ by just buying the right stuff in the first place.
