will this help them sprout???

i seen some people put plastic wrap or whatever its called suran wrap..
over their pots, to make me them sprout. should i do that? to make them grow faster?
just until they sprout though? but wont the plastic melt if its under light? lol

Depends on the light and the distance, the wrap is just to create a moisture barrier to lock the moisture in.
The seeds initially need a lot of moisture right as they break ground.
A similar method is used for clones.

As long the lights at a safe distance, it should be fine. I actually used zip lock bags that all had weed in them at one point lol, bad boys sprouted within 24 hours. Cheers
