Will this fertilizer do?

Hello, I scavenged basically all the stores that sell anything remotely close to growing plants in my country and I only managed to find this NPK mix of 12 - 7 - 36 + 2MgO
Only the last number concerns me, is 36 K too much? The guy said I should only put one spoon in 10L water, does that sound right?
My 2 girls are 10 days away from flowering, using 100W combined power CFL's and I haven't used any fertilizers as of yet, watered only with mineral water. The strain is ak47 from serious seeds.
Any input would be much appreciated.

It's soil based grow, custom soil with humus, perlite etc PH is near perfect or perfect most of the time.

Does anyone has *ANY* opinion about the large number of K? I'll take even speculations.

It may be able to be used during blooming, but you would possibly have to add nitrogen, Cal + Mag would be a good source. Do you have a link to the brand? What type of growing medium setup are you using?

Wish ya good luck . The K sounds high imo but im no pro, take that into consideration.

Very much appreciate your input and opinion. I managed to find a 20 20 20 mix the other day so I guess I'll just throw that junk away, both fertilizers are domestic products with no internet presence or detailed information apart those given by the vendor.

I was more worried about burning the plants with the extra K rather than underfeeding them, its a soil based grow and I do use nitrogen enriched low-mineral water.
