My plants have serious pH issues.. they are month old today and growing slowly, dying from the bottom up. I tested the runoff and it was 4.0 the plants are showing it too, leaves are curling at the tips, new growth is coming in twisted, pale greenish yellow, droopy, and ripping itself, but they have also always shown the signs of nute overdose (even before I ever fed them nutes) They are in FFOF, which I think was a lil too hot for them to start off. I made the mistake of flushing them with water that was not a high enough pH to try to correct the issues, then giving them grow big after the flush because I thought the flush leached all the nutes out of the soil.. they didnt like this. I have pH up and pH down for my water.. I figure at this point since the soil pH is so low, I can just start feeding them my straight tap water which has a pH between 7-8 and keep testing the runoff until it is in the correct range, then begin giving them properly pHed water again. Will this correct the soil pH??
