if you can get it for under £30 with the postage then go for it!
otherwise put the extra £20 and buy it new....
it states the bulbs usage is unknown, so you might need a new one as they need replacing every 2-3 grows is best! but the wattage in itself is fine! you can throw that in a room and quite happily do 4 plants under it!
