will they recover? :(

Figured they were burning up w/ 140w of hps, so the lights were moved back a bit (8 1/2 inches above the soil).
Temperatures hover around 75-80 during day time but it's not very accurate, im thinking it got way hotter. So do heat stressed leaves recover? Also was my diagnosis correct? They get 10 ml of water about every 12 hours.
Help is much appreciated.

Hey Jokou,

Your plants will definitely recover if you treat them right :) Move the light up even more about 12-14 inches away from the top of your plant since it is still so young and fragile. Also mist your plants with distilled room temp water 2 times every day. The leaves turning yellow may be a sign of nutrients deficiency (yellow means your are lacking the proper amount of nitrogen that your plant needs). Hope this helps. Peace

Plant WILL recover but will be STUNTED for a while from being injured at such a young age.

For a seedling that young/small 15 or more inches would be optimal with 150 HPS

20 or more inches if you are going to foliar feed. - which IMO isn't needed since a plant that age shouldnt have a deficiency yet... and if it does... you should probably trash it.
