These plants ae 3 weeks old from seed. First time from seed for me and I think they stretched a bit very early on. Do you think they will still make decent mature plants or will they be to skinny? I see a lot of people's seedling are far shorter. They are 11 inches tall now. They are a bit greener than in the photo cos my growlight is on

If you do keep 'em, I'd top them down now and see if you can get them to spread and branch. And I'd hit 'em with more light.

They'll be alright. As said, top them so they bush up and then train them with a bit of LST. I'd get them in a bigger pot too.

What lights do you have?

It's 250w qb led light in a 2x4 tent on an 18/6 schedule. It's quite powerful I've got it turned down to lowest setting and it's a metre above plants but they still droop at end of the day

Most plants droop at the end of the day.
Crank the light a bit.
Soil looks pretty wet. Let it dry out a bit before watering again.
You can certainly top as suggested.
Up pot too.
You’re on your way.

That is too far away. I have 2x150w QB type LEDs, set at 30%, 60cm (24") above the plants and they are running 24/7.

Find a way to meter, either with your smartphone, or if you can afford, a quantum meter. The whole 'one meter and dimmed' is very inexact.
