Sorry for not getting back to you faster. I let the soil become bone dry and then added two tea spoons with nutrients and its definitely bouncing back. I already have 4 more leaves starting to poke out. I also dropped 3 lights and am only using 1 100W Daylight CFL and it seems to like that better. I will be transplanting it soon and hopefully it doesn't get shocked
Least you're seeing new growth... think my 3 dug their heels in and decided 2 leaves is enough :D

how close is the light to the top of the seedling and what light/watts are you using ?
the plant streches for light and thats what she is doing
this is the first thing that popped in my mind too... thought ur light was high plant wasnt getting enough light and soil wasnt drying.....

no nutes for a while bro , what kinda soil mix are u using ? by now im hoping u burried some of that long ass stem and let new roots climb up it for support.... 100w cfl should be good for vegg depending on how long ur vegging keep ur lights around 5 inches from the top.. get a fan ( isocillating preferebly) to gently blow on it to build stability and stem gerth... wait till your pots feel pretty light (like Dry Soil ) before watering .... 1/4 dose your nutes (wouldnt do this for a couple more weeks or atleast a couple feedings )

With seedlings, its never a nute issue... nutes burn baby-roots.... On your next run, add some extra perlite in the mix, and water less often...

Don't water on a time based schedule, water the plant based on weight.... know what it feels like when dry, and when freshly watered... at every pot size... cannabis dont mind the soil gettin' pretty dry between waterings, just dont let it go desert mode ya know.

In case anyone was wondering on the outcome of this issue I had. I transplanted it and watered it lightly. I now am giving 1/4 nutes 1 every week or so and it's bouncing back. The growth was stunted for a while but it looks like it will be back on track within a week or two.
