Will seeds from a self-pollinated auto be viable?

I have found the occasional seed in my bud from an Afghani #1 Auto, if I find more should I keep and plant? I'm guessing they could be male or Female? Thanks

Could be yes, but am using a hermed strain myself to see. Can only be male or female or herm. And I'll cull herms.
