Will putting a germinated seed under a cfl make it sprout faster?

I am trying to get them to sprout as fast as I can and I have them outdoors right now and I was wondering if at night i should bring them indoors and run them under artificial light? thank you

Hmm it seemed a dark warm space always worked the best..Ive always have done it this way and they sprouted in 2-3 days

Any dark warm moist place will do haha
