Probably not, but you can use paper bags in the afternoon to cut off 2 hours of light. Loosely tie the bottom of the bags around all your bud points and remove them every night. You could also find a partially shady spot.. but indirect light might prove to be a problem.

No dude, if you've got more than 12-13 hours of sunlight they won't bud. Maybe instead of beating around the bush you should have specified that you DID NOT want them to start flowering in your first post.. lol..

If you do happen to start seeing bud growth just go out in the middle of the night splash them with a bright flash light for a couple minutes, that will be enough to break the light/dark cycle.

I put a bunch of plants that I had indoor outside with almost no hardening off whatsoever when they were at 24/0, and they are still growing fine, haven't gone into flowering or anything. This is bagseed, so I can't be strain-specific, but I'd say you'd be okay.

full day in Eastern Ontario... I'm at about 13-11 right now, I suppose, give or take for the twilight.

no.
apparently when your growing indoors with lights your not even meant to let them be exposed to ANY light while in the dark hours, cos this ruins the budding.
