Will neem oil remove trichomes?

Simple question. I am beginning week 3 and am barely starting to show trichomes. I am set to do a final neem oil spray on Thursday. Since THC dissolves in oil/fats, will the neem oil dissolve it off??

Basically is it safe to use late week 3 of flowering? Thanks guys

Neem oil takes 3 days to axe them spider mites. People use it more for preventive maintenance earlier in the cycle. Senor Brown Water is right on - pyrethrin. This will wipe them out quick.
If you been doing a lot of preventative maintenance - you shouldn't have a lot of insects etc. Its wise to be cautious of biting plants (worms, caterpillars) at this point.
If you don't have many insects and spray one really good time for caterpillars with this stuff. Then wait to harvest.
