or u can use ur computer or any electronic goods that give off heatAgreed, place your place on or next to a game console if you have one, give off nice heat that the seeds love for germination. I get tap roots in 2 - 3 days max with this method. Good luck

. Germination should not be the hardest thing you do, more often then not people over analyze germination for some reason. Keep it simple, keep in mind some of the harshness of nature and those plants are ogten most vigorous

I switch my light cycle(s) in the following way Loppy:
Weeks G-3 - 24/0
Weeks 3-5 - 18/6
Weeks 5-(12-16) - 12/12
That's my schedule and I've fine tuned it over many grows, this is what I find to work best but you should play around with what you like. My method is good on electricity and gets great results from the plants with the gradual shift of time. It also allows me to clear my plant base branches for circulation and cola production fluently. The plant takes two weeks after the switch from 18/6 to 12/12 to realize it's flowering and that's it's under branching has been pruned.

Alright, I think I will begin planting tomorrow. It looks like the only soil I have is Scotts Enriched Lawn Soil. Possibly some other planting soils, but it is dark and I can't really tell. Be careful with your soil, make sure to run water through a bit of the soil and pH test the run-off, it looks like that soil might run a little high on pH. White Widow is nice, proven and strong if you got it from a good breeder.
I would get some blood and bone meal and some worm castings mate. Those products alone can get you through to a bountiful harvest. Good luck mate, make sure to start a journal

Yesterday I bought some Perlite and Vermiculite, and mixed it with regular potting soil. I ran a pH test and it came up around 6.5. Today it shed its shell and it growing each time I look at it.
I am using bottled or boiled (then cooled) water to water the plant. Is it necessary to use Miracle Grow?

The bottom most branches (bottom 2 sets usually) should be trimmed for air flow and to redirect growth to the topmost part of the plant. I would say it is not necessary to use Miracle Grow, I don't use chemical nutrients, I feel they don't provide what the plant and soil needs. Do some reading in my signature and find some good organics nutrients that are available to you, the results are excellent. What nature intended . Good luck mate

So this morning I was looking at my plant, and it seems to be opening up a little more each day. Is it a problem that it has a little purple tint on the top of the plant?
Also, when I wake up, I place the plant in the window to get the window's light, and when I go to bed, I place it under my CFL. Will this have any harm to the plant?
