Will my setup cause root rot?

I plan on using a sandard "do it yourself" DWC setup (in plastic storage bins etc etc) in a closet grow with zero mechanized exhaust (Im planning on just cracking my closet door open). I live in a really hot area (outside temps are in the 90s-100 midsummer). I plan on using 12 inch strip aquarium bubblers in each tank to combat root rot and algae.

Questions:

1) If I use 400 watt HPS bulbs then what are the chances that I will get root rot from the heat? (assuming I have the 12 inch aquarium bubblers on all the time)

2) Same question as above cept with 600 watt

3) If root rot will be an issue what are some very cost effective solutions... if any?

Please advise
