Will my plants hermie on me?

Changed bulb out during the light off or 12 hour dark period. While I was changing the bulb the bulb would light up a little in my hand while I was holding it. I guess it was lightning up some from static electricity. Would this cause them to hermie? They just finished their 2nd week of flower
 
No should be no hermie issue but you could save a ton on your electric bill if you just hold the bulb in your hand over your plants.
