I am honestly still very confused.
According to your calculations the watt that a LED lamp consumes is the true watt?
That means that LED and e.g. HPS with the same watt consumption have the same output on light.
Let's say a 250w LED has the same light as a 250w HPS.
That would make all the hype for LED redundant.
But this totally disregards the efficiency of LEDs. Isn't a for example 10w LED producing more light per sqf than a 10w HPS?
