will my buds stay small or did I permanently stunt them? pics included

Good morning everyone! :joint:

just a quick question, my plants are doing well but one of them has nice big fat buds and the other doesn't. the one with the big buds is the one hubby is growing. the one with the small buds is the one that i've posted and asked questions about.

Since I messed her up a couple of times and got her offtrack for a while will my buds stay small and just continue to fill in or will they get bigger? I don't have a good camera but if you look in the pics there's bud all over the place but they are small. it looks like the clusters are filling in and connecting.

She sprouted from seed on May 26th so she is 93 days old. I first noticed the white hairs a month ago exactly on july 28th so does this mean she's been flowering for 4 weeks?

My Grow Conditions:
I'm growing outside, in a container. It's double potted. the top pot that she was started in is 7.5 gallons. I double potted her to give her more room in about 6 inches of FF soil in a smart pot. I cut the bottom off of my top pot and just stacked it on top of my bottom pot.

Since I transplanted her in FF soil I haven't used any nutes. I'm afraid to give it anything. She just gets tap water about every 4 days or so depending on when the pot is light.

I live in central cali and we've been having weird temperatures for this time of year so its been cooler at night than normal but not enough that it should make a difference really but I checked the sunlight hours and right now we are getting 13 hours of daylight and 11 hours of night. sunrise at 6:32 and sunset at 7:37

She looks fine! Same strain as hubby's? And no if you mean you saw pre-flower hairs a month ago, not actual flowers. She looks to be about 2 weeks in, similar to most of mine. Those buds should get bigger and fill out, you'll know better in the next week or 2. Buds on my early bloomers are way bigger now than even a week ago. Course you don't want them to get bigger than hubby's :o J/K If you re-potted in FFOF then there are some nutes already in the "soil". You may want to look into some "flower power" :hump: The FF trio is good, but you are so far into flower, you really won't need any Grow Big. Maybe a little N for the next 2 weeks, or so, but she definitely doesn't look N starved. Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom would help flowering. You may even want to check into late flower additives like FF Chaching and/or Beastie Bloomz. If you use these, like any other fert/nute, go easy until you see how your plant handles it. Like no more than 1/2 the recommended strength. Again, she looks real good for no nutes and the earlier "stress" she underwent. Your ph levels (tap water) must be fine too. Central CA temps, at least the coolness, isn't an issue. Watch out for those triple digit September cookers that are a comin' :fire: Looks like you're going to have a harvest, which even a few weeks ago, looked to be in doubt...lol A bigger harvest would just be icing on that cake :hump: But mainly just keep doing what you've been doing

Good luck the rest of the way home!

hey thanks for responding! 8)

I have no idea if hubby's is the same strain.. I'm growing bagged seed while I'm learning. And YES I want mine bigger than his..:rolleyes:okay, well buds anyway :weed:

look at his plant though!

It's funny you mention those triple digit Septembers. I can remember sitting on the side of a football field watching my son play the first weekend of October and it being a scorching 104 outside. my fair skin and freckles paid mightily for sitting on those sidelines! I guess that makes me sympathetic to the plants plight of sun burn. lol

in answer to the question about when mine started flowering - here's a pic of it the day I noticed I had white hairs.

I ran down to the hydro shop and I found tiger bloom and chaching but I didn't buy any because I'm nervous about adding stuff. lol I've learned my lesson doing that!

Not to worry, hubby's plant looks to be more advanced than yours. Like it started flowering earlier, maybe by as much as 2 weeks. Again, not to worry, it doesn't matter how they compare now, all that matters is where they finish......LOL :blsmoke:

Regarding being apprehensive about adding nutes. I hear ya. But if this is bag seed and the grow is mostly an experiment (with fringe benefits....LOL). What better time to check these additives out? Unless you plan to grow long-term using no nutes. Now that's organic
