Will Mueller be fired?

can they arrest a sitting president?
They can arrest anybody.

NOBODY is above the law in this country. If they have sufficient probable cause they can arrest. Period.

That's why they would first give congress a chance to act. Typically, that action would take place after the investigation by Mueller is concluded. But once Mueller is fired, that investigation can't be completed. That's why the FBI would first give congress the chance to act based on the information it already had.

If congress failed to act, then the FBI would be left with essentially no choice in the matter but to proceed on their own. The firing of Mueller would be, quite literally, TEXTBOOK obstruction of justice. The FBI by their own oath would have no choice but to arrest the president, charge him, let the federal court arraign him and go from there.

i doubt your going to bring me up to speed on anything.

but if he fires mueller, you will see more americans in the streets protesting than you have ever seen before. if republicans continue to cover for him, they are complicit.

its going to get ugly. i don't for a minute believe trump supporters will not bring violence into the equation.
why aren't they doing this now?

correct, if politicians are the criminals, then law enforcement must act, or the people might.

Alot of moderate Republicans view Mueller as a completely non-partisan, straight arrow, who has served his country with impeccable honor...

Impeachment suddenly becomes a hell of a lot more likely if he's fired.

This Tax Reform has Republicans already in a bad position with their constituents, even Trump's supporters know theyll get fucked in favor of the rich and Corporations but still carry the hope some of it'll trickle down (all over their faces).

i guess you have missed all the protests that have occurred since he was elected.

lol, like the day after his inauguration. more people protesting than at the inauguration.

if he fires mueller a whole shitload of people are going to view that as treason.

you wait and see.

I meant Congressional Republicans are feeling the pressure bigly from their voters, the worm is slowly turning even across the aisle.

I've said all along and you can quote me from over a year ago; they'll pass Tax Reform, fuck with environmental protections, etc. (basically pass their laundry list of bullshit), blame Trump and then impeach/arrest the retard.

What were you expecting to happen with this Congress and Trump in charge? Those rallies were a public rebuke of Trump and a PR nightmare for the Republican party. The repeal of the ACA was stopped and dismantling in medicare was stopped. Health care issues are women's issues too. Not much more can be done until they are out of office.

On the social front, there appears to be a big change afoot towards social equality and how women are treated in the workforce. To early to tell if if this is dust in the wind or real but the dialogue is different.

Southern white women are clueless and are leaning against women's rights issues. In Alabama, they voted in large numbers for Moore. Also Trump won their vote. Some women are desperate to have their pussy grabbed, even by old syphilitic child molesters.
