If you're going to disagree with me, at least give a valid reason. Saying "LOL miracle grow=bad." doesn't really prove anything, it just makes you look argumentative and takes away from your credibility.
It's derived from most of the same stuff that every other fertilizer is: Potassium sulfate, urea, urea phosphate, iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium chloride, and more (varies based on type, obviously). The numbers aren't specifically designed for cannabis strains (usually too strong, like 24-8-16 for veg, 15-30-15 for flowering) like a lot of top nutrient provider are (like AN, GH, HCO, etc), but they all use most of the same stuff. If Miracle grow sucked so bad, why is it one of the top commercial general plant fertilizers in the US? Like I said, it may not be designed for cannabis only (so there are better choices) but proper use can yield decent results. Just water it down and it works fine for beginners or anyone with an empty pocket book.
