You're definitely gunna need more lights. And get the lights you have as close as you can to the plants. Make sure to get some 2700k for flowering, and if you can get more lights for veg, get some 6500k's

I would get all the light you can afford. The problem with those tubes is that your plant is only getting a small portion of all the available light. Some Cfls on the side could help.

If at all possible go with a cheap magnetic ballast 400w hps, and throw in a 400w CMH bulb. It will do you well for flowering and vegging(really well). And heat is not too bad.

Plant looks healthy though, get some more light and it would take off. Plan for it to grow twice its size or more for flowering, then veg to suit your space.

Yeah, as much light as possible when you're using flourescents. I'd say at least 200w or so.

Whoop! Kalamazoo!

well my space is about 5ft by7ft
You can definitely go a bit taller, but you have to keep in mind what kind of penetration you're gonna get using flourescents (low compared to HID) and how you plan to position the lights. Also, keep in mind that they will likely double, if not larger, in height during the flowering phase, depending on strain.

So, if you are going to place lights all over the fuckers, pardon my french, then you can feasibly growth them as tall as you want. But, if you want to keep the lights closer together you have to worry more about the height and penetration constraints.

If you have them use them. The only reason you wouldn't would be because you cant control your heat the more the better just don't cook um look at some other grows people have them around their plants 360 degrees
